Über Autor(innen)

Dr. Adedayo Oluwakayode Adekson is Assistant Professor of International Peace Studies at the United Nations-mandated University for Peace in San Jose, Costa Rica. Born in the United States and raised in Nigeria, he has served as a Consultant to the World Bank's Development Economics Research Group (DECRG), and worked within several non-governmental organizations, including the Academy for Educational Development (AED), and a for-profit think tank in Washington, DC. Dr. Adekson holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in International Studies, International Development and Political Science from the School of International Service (SIS) at American University and the University of Maryland, College Park.
