A Life Fellow of ASME, Mr. Bloch has authored eighteenbooks, almost five hundred papers and articles, and conducted overfive hundred technical courses. He helped found Texas A&M'sInternational Pump Users Symposium, worked as an editor onHydrocarbon Processing magazine, and served as chairman of a yearlyInternational Process and Power Plant Reliability Conference forclose to a decade.
