The present work ist an attempt to investigate the way physics as an experimential science conceives motion.
The focus of this work ist to explain the "trick" which physics devised in order to grasp motion, describe philosophically as existing contradiction, in such a way that it could be measured and calculated. With this aim in mind, it is analyzed the dualism of space-time and matter within classical mechanics, general theory of relativity, quantum mechanics, non-linear thermodynamics, and quantum gravity demonstrating this way its measurement-theoretical significance. This conception ist critically compared with the manner in which the dualism finds reflection, on the one hand, in Hegel's natural philosophy and, on the other, in the protophysics of the constructivistic theory of philosophy. The potential audience for this work are philosophers, historians of science, and physicists who are interested in the relationship between natural science and philosophy.
