Professor Ann Brewer PhD (Organisational Behaviour), Master of Commerce (Honours), Bachelor of Arts (Behavioural Sciences), FAICD, Australian Institute of Company Directors is the Dean of the Sydney Campus, the University of Newcastle and an Emeritus Professor, the University of Sydney. She has held several senior posts in universities, as well as being an experienced board member, an organisational consultant, an accredited executive coach and a professional mentor. She has published in leading international journals in her field and authored seven books including Leadership, Coaching and Followership (Springer 2014) as well as organisational change, employee commitment and management.
