He has extensive experience implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)–enabled business solutions and process-centric integration solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Chang has written several articles on BPM and EAI. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in operations research and industrial engineering from Cornell University.
