She is Editor of the Routledge book series CultureWork and author of Symptoms of Culture. Beatrice Hanssen is Associate Professor of German at Harvard University and author of Critique of Violence: Between Poststructuralism and Critical Theory. Rebecca L. Walkowitz is Assistant Professor of English at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Associate Editor of the CultureWork series.
