MARK GAYNOR is Assistant Professor of Information Science at BostonUniversity. He recently received his PhD from Harvard incomputing
science (networking group) and spent the last two years workingwith worldwide technology experts on network service valuationstrategies. Gaynor is the author of several articles on ATMnetworks, standards, and computer aided education. He is a memberof ACM and IEEE.
