David Goosey is a Registered Social Worker and chair of several Safeguarding Children Partnerships and Safeguarding Adult Boards. He led postgraduate studies in health and social care at the University of Westminster for 17 years until December 2017.

Helen Carr is a Professor of Property Law and Social Justice and Director of Centre for People, Property, Community at the Law School, Southampton University. Helen's research is in the area of housing, social welfare, and public law and she has extensive experience teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.
