Jones is an Associate Professor in African American and African Studies at Michigan State University, USA and serves as the Immediate Past President of the Association of Teachers of Technical Writing (ATTW). She is co-author of Technical Communication after the Social Justice Turn: Building Coalitions for Action (Routledge, 2019).

Laura Gonzales is an Associate Professor of Digital Writing and Cultural Rhetorics at the University of Florida, USA. She is the current president of the Association of Teachers of Technical Writing (ATTW) and the author of Designing Multilingual Experiences in Technical Communication (2022).

Angela M. Haas is Professor of Rhetoric, Composition, and Technical Communication at Illinois State University, USA and serves as Past-Past President of the Association of Teachers of Technical Writing (ATTW). She is co-editor of Key Theoretical Frameworks: Teaching Technical Communication in the Twenty-First Century (2018).

Miriam F. Williams is a Professor of English at Texas State University, USA. She is co-editor of Communicating Race, Ethnicity, and Identity in Technical Communication (Routledge, 2014) and author of From Black Codes to Recodification: Removing the Veil from Regulatory Writing (Routledge, 2010).
