Kairaitis, Lukas
Lukas Kairaitis is a staff specialist nephrologist at Westmead Hospital and Director of haemodialysis in the Western Sydney Area Health Service. His clinical interests include medical education, dialysis access and infection control in dialysis patients. He is currently enrolled in a PhD programme at University of Sydney investigating the role of progression factors in chronic renal failure.

Rangan, Gopala
Dr Gopi Rangan is a staff specialist in Renal Medicine at Westmead Hospital and Area Health Services. He is Director of Peritoneal Dialysis, Western Sydney area Health Services and Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Medicine, University of Sydney. He is currently researching the role of cell cycle regulatory proteins in mediating tubular epithelial cell hyperplasia in chronic proteinuric renal disease.

Elder, Grahame
Dr Grahame Elder is a staff specialist in renal medicine at Westmead Hospital and is in charge of the Renal Metabolic Bone Service. He has chaired the Education Committee of Kidney Health Australia and the National Renal Resource Centre and is a subject editor for Progressive Chronic Renal Disease in the journal Nephrology

David Harris is Associate Dean of the Western Clinical School of the University of Sydney, at Westmead Hospital. He is a nephrologist and prior to his appointment as Associate Dean he was Director of Nephrology and Dialysis in Western Sydney. He is also a Past-President of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Nephrology, Chairman of the Medical and Scientific Advisory Committee and Director of Kidney Health Australia, Chairman of the Advisory Committee of the Australasian Kidney Trials Network, a member of the Executive of the Asian Pacific Society and International Societies of Nephrology, and Editor-in-Chief of the journal Nephrology.
