He is a qualified systems psychotherapist and registered Myers Briggs practitioner, as well as being a certified facilitator of Oshry Organisational Workshops. He has also been a member of the Oshry Power Lab staff at Craigsville, US. He is an experienced coach and supervisor of executive coaches.
