Angang Hu, a leading expert in China Studies, is a professor at the School of Public Policy and Management and Dean of the Institute of Contemporary Studies, Tsinghua University. He is a representative of the 18th CPC National Congress Committee of the13th Five Year Plan and an NDRC expert.
