Hughes, Erica
Erica Hughes is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Research Center for Anatolian Civilizations at Koç University, Istanbul. She holds degrees in Philosophy, Theater, Art History and Archaeology. Her research interests reflect her interdisciplinary background, and include absurdism; aesthetics; literature; Neolithic Anatolia; the formative processes to modern cognition; and the intersection of the social sciences and humanities. She has excavated at Neolithic and Classical sites in Anatolia, and has written and directed several plays.
