Kevin Keasey is Professor of Finance and the Director of theInternational Institute of Banking and Financial Services, LeedsUniversity Business School, The University of Leeds. Kevin is anauthor of 10 books, monographs and edited volumes on small firmfinance, corporate governance and financial markets, and is theauthor of over 75 refereed articles in leading internationaljournals. His research covers a range of disciplinary perspectivesand methodologies from the empirical to the experimental.
Steve Thompson is currently a professor in NottinghamUniversity Business School, having previously held positions ineconomics departments and business schools in the UK, the USA andIreland. He has published approximately 100 articles ineconomics and business journals that include Review of Ecomomicsand Statistics, European Economic Review, Journal of MonetaryEconomics, Journal of Industrial Economics, StrategicManagement Journal, and the Journal of ManagementStudies
Mike Wright is Professor of Financial Studies andDirector of the Centre for Management Buy-out Research atNottingham University Business School. He is a visiting professorat INSEAD, Erasmus University and University of Siena and an editorof Journal of Management Studies. He is the author of over25 books and more than 200 papers in academic journals in the areasof corporate governance and restructuring, venture capital,management buy-outs and entrepreneurship.
