Scott Leckie is the executive director of the Centre on Housing Rights and Evictions (COHRE). He is an international human rights lawyer with firsthand experiences with housing and property restitution issues in the Republic of Georgia, East Timor, Kosovo, Albania, Palestine, Iraq, and Sri Lanka.
