JULIA LASKIN, PHD, is a Senior Research Scientist in theFundamental Sciences Division at the Pacific Northwest NationalLaboratory in Richland, Washington.
The late CHAVA LIFSHITZ, PHD, was an Archie and MarjorieSherman Professor of Chemistry in the Department of PhysicalChemistry at The Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel. She wasalso on the editorial boards of Mass Spectrometry Reviews and theInternational Journal of Mass Spectrometry.
