Morganti, Pierfrancesco
Pierfrancesco Morganti serves as Academic member of Directory Board and Director of R&D Center, Nanotechnology unit at Academy of History of Healthcare Art, Rome, Italy and visiting professor of Skin Pharmacology and Applied Cosmetic Dermatology at Department of China Medical University, Shenyang, China since 1980. He has worked as professor on contract of skin Pharmacology and Applied Cosmetic Dermatology in Italy, lectured worldwide, and worked in industry from 1980 to 2018 as CEO and R&D Manager. In 1985 he co-founded the International Society of Cosmetic Dermatology, serving as founder and Editor in Chief until 2021 of the Journal of Applied Cosmetology. He is the author of over 500 scientific papers, 8 books, various chapters and patents. Currently he is developing natural nanocomposites, innovative tissue-carriers, and biodegradable packaging that, fundamentally made by chitin nanofibrils, nano chitin and other biopolymers, may be obtained from food and agroforestry waste, by skin- and eco-friendly technologies.

Lohani, Alka
Alka Lohani is Associate Professor at Amity Institute of Pharmacy, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida Campus, India. She obtained her master's degree (Pharmacy) from Kumaun University and PhD (Pharmacy) from IFTM University, India. Her area of research expertise is dermatology, development of cosmetic formulations, transdermal drug delivery systems, nanotechnology, and polymer-based drug delivery systems and drug regulatory affairs. Dr. Alka has gained international recognition and prestigious grants, including the IBRO-International Travel Grant to attend Neuroscience schools in Nepal (2024) and Hyderabad (2022). Her research excellence was acknowledged at the IBRO Neuroscience School Nepal-2024, where she received the 'Best Dream Project' award for her outstanding project. With over 12 years of teaching and research experience, Dr. Alka has made significant scholarly contributions. She has authored several research articles published with renowned international publishers. Dr. Alka has edited 3 books and published several book chapters with Elsevier, Nova publisher and Apple Academic Press. In addition, she holds three patent publications and one design patent. She serves as a reviewer for various prestigious journals. With a passion for mentoring, she has guided several scholars in their research endeavours.

Khan, Shahbaz
Dr. Shahbaz Khan is presently working as Associate Professor at Pharmacy Academy, IFTM University, Moradabad (U.P), India. He has completed his Ph.D. from IFTM University, Moradabad, M. Pharm from ISF College of Pharmacy Moga, Punjab and B. Pharm from Pharmacy College Azamgarh Uttar Pradesh, India. With over 9 years of teaching and research experience, Dr. Khan has made significant contributions to his field. He has published/granted 8 Indian patents. Dr. Khan received the prestigious international travel grant from IBRO in 2024. Additionally, he has published several research and review papers in national and international journals. He has edited 2 book and authored 10 book chapters. His research expertise spans phytopharmacology, neuroscience, diabetes, and toxicology. He has guided 48 B.Pharm, 5 M.Pharm and currently supervising 06 Ph.D. research scholars for their research work.
