Über Autor(innen)

Rolf Medina is a Senior Consultant and Educator within organizational development, management and project management. His specialty areas are managing complex projects, efficient management of competence in knowledge-intensive organizations, and new perspectives on change management. In consulting, he has managed different kind of projects at companies such as IKEA, ABB, Vattenfall, GN ReSound, Sony Ericsson, Swedish Steel, Avesta Sheffield, Lantmännen, and Swedish public sector organizations. As project manager, he has successfully managed projects and programs in China, Japan, Singapore, Mexico, USA, Spain, Denmark, Finland and Sweden. In addition to extensive experience from successful consultancy, he has possessed a number of management positions in both multinational such as Ericsson and Sony Ericsson as well as in smaller organizations.
