II.) Basic foundation for corporate success In this chapter, you will learn the first six important steps that you should be aware of and understand in depth if you are about to start a business. Many people stumble into self-employment and instinctively feel their way forward without really knowing what they are doing, hoping that somehow it will work out. At the beginning, it is most important to draw up a holistic 360° plan and to think through as many business steps as possible in advance and subsequently work them out in a clearly structured way. Many of these steps should be taken, especially in the first year, in order to be able to sustainably build up new customers. You should consider and implement the following six steps at the beginning of your business start-up: Step 1: Entrepreneurial Mindset - Professional interactive multifunctional business structures, processes and content will lead you to success. Step 2: Find business idea / service or product? / B2B or B2C? Step 3: Competitor analysis - learn from the structures, processes and content of other companies Step 4: Business and digitalisation concept - Think through all business steps in terms of structures, processes, content and financial expenditure Step 5: Bookkeeping, monthly turnover list, appointment list, etc. Step 6: Founding the company Many founders find these first six steps too boring at the beginning and therefore many often try to leave this out. If in the long run you also learn to manage employees properly on the basis of this company structure, are prepared to implement as many automation processes as possible in the long term, you scale your company upwards, are constantly prepared to analyse and improve your company and continue to educate yourself throughout your life, then you have the necessary mindset to build a successful company in the 21st century. If you are currently in a situation where you are dissatisfied with your life, it is important that you understand: "Life is in motion every day, not set in stone. Every day you have the power to change your life, your systems, your structures, processes and contents. Three examples to illustrate the power you gain when you understand the power of functioning systems, structures, processes and professionally implemented content: Example 1: A simple example right at the beginning. Someone weighs 120 kg (actual state) and wants to weigh 80 kg (target state) in the future. How will this person reach the desired target state as quickly as possible? By means of a clear multifunctional, interactive and clearly structured plan, i.e. an extensive sports programme, a consistent change in diet, sufficient rest and sleep, etc. The knowledge for this can be obtained from books. The knowledge for this can be acquired through books, a YouTube channel, a fitness app, a fitness coach etc. At the end of the day, you change your old habits and live a new holistic daily structure in order to reach your goal as soon as possible. It is not through individual measures, such as a change in diet, that one reaches one's goal as quickly as possible, but through a multifunctional interactive positive arrangement. Example 2: Ed Sheeran, one of the most famous pop musicians of the 21st century, explains in a television recording that a large number of well-known successful songs always contain the same structure in terms of beat and form and proves this live in front of a loud camera. He demonstrates why, in his opinion, it is so easy to land a hit if you understand the basic structures of well-known songs and make them your own when working on new songs. Example 3: Most Hollywood films are based on a 3-act structure and based on a classic pre-set hero's journey. "Syd Field wrote books and gave lectures to help screenwriters write scripts that would be of interest to the Ame-rican film industry. Field's concepts on how to write a screenplay were also highly regarded by producers in Hollywood to create concepts for successful Hollywood screenplays. Field's most important contribution to the field was the division of a screenplay into the "three-act structure" (drawing on Aristotle). In this division of a screenplay, a script begins in the first half hour with introductory information about the characters and the background story. After that, the action of the film reaches a "plot point", which gives the protagonist of the film a goal to reach. The hero of the film spends half of the film trying to reach his goal, which Field also calls the "confrontation period". The last quarter of the film serves as the film's finale, which ends with the film's conclusion. "1 I do not want to give the impression that being aware of interactive multi-functional structures, processes and contents is the only guarantee for success. In order to see clearly here, you should be aware of the following. You are currently also in an actual state of your life that you would like to change, which is why you are reading this book. It is essential to find out what you want, what target state you want to achieve, in other words, what is your goal? It is well known that people have different dreams for their future, so you have to find out where you want to go, what your personal concrete goal is. As soon as you know which target state you want to achieve, the next step is a clear analysis and the creation of a catalogue of measures, whereby this book will help you enormously to make the best possible progress. Of course, the recruitment analysis should also be part of the process, which will help you to better understand what you want to achieve in the future. Most importantly, it will lead you to understand more quickly how you can build a successful business or how you can successfully develop your existing business. The next essential step is then the professional planning and implementation of this plan. The more effort you put into planning and implementing each step of your plan as professionally as possible, the more likely it is that you will reach your desired target state as quickly as possible. The key here is to persevere. For some it takes months, for others years, …, of course it also depends on what your desired target state should be, in which sector you are active, who your competitors are, etc., but it is essential that you do not give up, that you stick to your dreams and work hard for them, then you will also leave the field as a winner in the end. In summary, if you want to change your current life situation as quickly as possible and, above all, build a successful business, you should be aware of the following steps: 1) Your current situation: Employee, poorly performing business or you have a successful business but want to make it even more successful. Only when you realise that your existing system, structures, processes and content have not brought you the desired success and you are ready to change and expand it in a fully professional way, will you have more success in the future. 2) Competitor analysis: An essential part that many forget or neglect is the competitor analysis at the beginning. If you understand the main structures, processes and contents of your competitors' success, you will have the essential foundation to become successful in your industry.
