Alexander B. Morgan, PhD, is a Senior Research Scientist andgroup leader for the Advanced Polymers Group at the University ofDayton Research Institute. Dr. Morgan has worked for over elevenyears in the field of flame retardancy and has focused on flameretardant nanocomposites for the past seven years. He previouslyheld positions at Dow Chemical as a research chemist and was aNational Research Council Postdoctoral Fellow at the NationalInstitute of Standards and Technology.
Charles A. Wilkie, PhD, is the Pfletschinger-HabermannProfessor of Chemistry at Marquette University. Dr. Wilkie hasworked for almost thirty years in fire retardancy, focusing onnanocomposites the past seven years. He is Associate Editor ofPolymers for Advanced Technologies and on the editorial boards ofThermochimica Acta and Polymer Degradation and Stability.
