Srinivasan, Sathya
Sathya Srinivasan is technical architect with BearingPoint, Inc., USA. He has been working on Java related projects for more than six years and holds SCJP, SCWCD, and SCMAD certifications. He is also the co-author of the popular SCMAD Exam Simulator from Whizlabs Software Pvt. Ltd. When he finds time, Sathya also tries to be an active participant in various forums at JavaRanch.com, especially the SCMAD forum. He has a Master's degree in Computer Science. His current interests include researching on collaborative systems, knowledge management systems, and enterprise-level search engines.

Davis, Chad
Chad Davis, though currently a software developer, harbors a secret past life as an English major. He holds Master's degrees in both English Literature and Computer Science. In addition to this book, he is co-author of Strut 2 in Action by Manning Publications. With his wife Mary Turner, he owns and works for Blackdog Software, Inc. Through working on this book has provided many satisfying moments, he has particularly enjoyed reading numerous specifications of the Java Community Process, as well as a variety of RFCs. While this might sound tedious to many, he is a devoted student of the more obscure forms of meticulous articulation that have arisen at the hands of those masters of terse precision-the engineers. Without them, the world would be vague.

Naing, Ko Ko
Ko Ko Naing is development manager with Itorama Consulting, (Thailand) Ltd. He has been developing enterprise applications using Java EE and mobile applications using Java ME for the past six years. He is the lead author of JMADPlus, a Sun Certified Mobile Application Developer (SCMAD) certification exam simulation software from Enthuware.com Pvt. Ltd. Further more, he was a technical reviewer of SCMAD exam preparation kit and SCJA exam preparation kit from Whizlabs Software Pvt. Ltd. Ko Ko can be found frequently in certification discussion forums such as JDiscuss.com and JavaRanch.com. He is an active moderator at JDiscuss.com, mainly managing the SCMAD forum. Besides the SCMAD certification, he also holds several other certifications, including SCJP, SCWCD, SCBCD, SCMAD, SCJA, and CCNA. Ko Ko graduated from Assumption University, Thailand, with Bachelor and Master of Computer Science.

Umapathy, Sivasundaram
Sivasundaram Umapathy is currently a technical architect with Sella Synergy India Ltd., the IT division of Gruppo Banca Sella, Italy. He is into J2EE technologies for the past eight years. He holds SCJP, SCBCD, SCWCD, SCMAD, SCEA, OCA and PMP certifications. He has co-authored the Whizlabs SCMAD simulator with Sathya. He has a Master's degree in Software Systems from BITS, Pilani and currently pursuing PGSEM from IIM, Bangalore. His current interests are enterprise architecture, security, open source and all things Agile.
