The late Udai Pareek was the Distinguished Visiting Professor at the Indian Institute of Health Management Research, Jaipur. He was earlier L&T Professor of Organizational Behaviour, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Sushama Khanna is the Dean and Director (Outreach), Udai Pareek HR-LABS, EMPI Business School, New Delhi. She has over fifteen years of experience in teaching, training, and research in various areas of organizational behaviour.
