MCPO Paul A. Kingsbury, USN (Ret.), who served over 31 years in the U.S. Navy culminating in his selection as the Fleet Master Chief for U.S. Fleet Forces Command. He is the author of the Chief Petty Officer's Guide, 2nd Edition and has several published articles in military journals.
