Director of Program on Women’s Mental Health at the Institute of Psychiatry Clinics Hospital University of São Paulo since 2000. Coordinator of the Commission of Studies and Research on Women’s Mental Health, Brazilian Association of Psychiatry.Gislene C Valadares, MD, MScPsychiatrist and master’s in Pharmacology and Molecular Biochemistry from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), Brazil. President of the Brazilian Association for Prevention and Treatment of Sexual Offense. Member of the Women’s Mental Health Section at the World Psychiatric Association, of the International Association forWomen’s Mental Health and of the Women’s Mental Health Research and Study Group at the Brazilian Association of Psychiatry.
