Roberts, Alison
Alison Roberts is a research fellow at the University of Sydney. Her doctoral research focused on the implementation of cognitive services in community pharmacy and facilitating practice change, and formed part of an international research collaboration. A practising community pharmacist, Alison has also held a number of positions including manager of a community pharmacy, project pharmacist at the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA) NSW, and practitioner teacher at the University of Sydney. A member of PSA NSW Council since 2000, Alison currently holds an executive position on PSA’s National Council. In 2005, Alison was appointed as PSA’s representative on the Professional Programs and Services Advisory Committee for the 4th Community Pharmacy Agreement.

Dunphy, Dexter
Dexter Dunphy is Distinguished Professor, University of Technology, Sydney-a position he took up in January 2000 after 17 years as Professor of Management at the Australian Graduate School of Management. Dexter has been a leading change theorist, researcher and consultant for 30 years. His research is published in about 60 articles and 16 books; he has consulted to over 150 private sector organisations in Australia and overseas advising on major organisational transformations, the design of human resource strategies and systems, troubleshooting and conflict resolution. He has also worked extensively with senior executives, managers and other professionals in enhancing their skills through executive workshops, mentoring and counselling. Dexter was Foundation Director of The Centre for Corporate Change at the AGSM from 1990-1997.Dexter has held visiting professorships at Harvard University (USA), Keio University (Japan), Shanghai First Medical College (PRC), The National University of Singapore and the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration (Finland). He has been a recipient of a Fulbright Senior Scholar Award, the University of NSW Vice-Chancellor's Award for Teaching Excellence, the Australian Human Resources Institute's Mike Pontifex Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Human Resources Profession, and the Australia and New Zealand Academy of Management's Distinguished Member Award for contributions to management research, scholarship, education and leadership. Dexter holds the degrees of BA (Hons) MEd (Hons) and DipEd from Sydney University and PhD in Sociology from Harvard University.
Benrimoj, SI (Charlie)
Professor S.I. (Charlie) Benrimoj B.Pharm (Hons), Ph.D. M.P.S. is the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Strategic Planning) and the Foundation Professor of Pharmacy Practice and ex Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Sydney. His research interests involve the clinical, economic and implementation aspects of cognitive pharmaceutical services from community pharmacy in current and emerging health care systems. Since 1991 he has received, either as chief or sole investigator 56 grants worth $6 million. He has published 94 papers in refereed journals, produced 20 major research reports on cognitive services in Australia, and presented and co-authored 200 conference presentations. He has been a keynote speaker in over 100 national and international conferences. He is currently the president of the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (New South Wales branch) and a national councillor of PSA. He is also a director of the Pharmacy Practice Foundation. He was the Australian pharmacist of the year in 2000.

He has held visiting professorships at Harvard University (USA), Keio University (Japan), Shanghai First Medical College (PRC), the National University of Singapore and the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration (Finland).Ian Palmer is Associate Dean (Research) and Professor of Management, Faculty of Business, UTS and is currently Chair of Business Academics Research Directors Network (BARDsNET). His teaching, research and consulting expertise is in the area of organization analysis, design and change and his publications appear in a range of international refereed journals including Academy of Management Review, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Relations, Sociology, and Journal of Management Studies.
