GAIL RYAN is a program director at the Kempe National Center for the Prevention and Treatment of Child Abuse and Neglect, with a faculty appointment to the Department of Pediatrics, University of Colorado Health Sciences Center; is founder of the National Adolescent Perpetrator Network; and has been facilitator of the National Task Force on Juvenile Sexual OffAnding. SANDY LANE is the treatment coordinator at RSA, Inc., one of the largest private treatment agencies for sex offAnders in Colorado.
