Her illustrious academic career is manifested in such distinctions as Ph.D. (Management); a Stanford LEAD Alumna and Stanford Distinguished Scholar, Stanford Graduate School of Business, Stanford University, USA; Fellow of Royal Society of Arts (FRSA, UK). Her rich academic-cum-research accomplishments in the domain of Human Development and long educational administrative experience in Institution Building have made her an ardent believer in leading from front with human-centric values, a sine qua non, for building as well as imparting distinct identity to any institution of real substance.

J.P. Mahajan, is currently working as Executive Director – Academic Publications, Management and Social Sciences, at Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) Deemed to be University. During a long career, spanning over more than 48 years, Professor Mahajan has held such positions as Director (Academics), Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS); Head, School of Management, Delhi Technical Campus, affiliated to GGS IP University, New Delhi. His longest academic and administrative association, for more than four decades, was with Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi.
