Dr. Giovanni Schiuma is Professor of Innovation Management at University of Basilicata (Italy) and Visiting Professor of Arts Based Management at University of the Arts London, where he founded and develop the Innovation Insights Hub. He is widely recognised as one of the world’s leading experts in the arts in business and strategic knowledge management. He is an inspiring speaker and facilitator, with extensive research management expertise and excellent ability to coordinate complex projects and lead research teams. Creative and innovative with an openness to address and solve key strategic research and organisational challenges, Giovanni is widely renowned for his work on the use of the arts for business, as well as his work on assessing and managing knowledge assets.Dr. Daniela Carlucci has a Ph.D. in Business Management and is Senior Lecture at the University of Basilicata (Italy). Her research interests focus mainly on knowledge assets; intellectual capital assessment management within private and public organisations, including healthcare organizations; project evaluation and management; performance measurement and management; decision support methods and mapping tools; innovation; organisational behaviour; and arts in business for innovation and organizational development. She has authored and co-authored of more than 100 publications, including chapters of books, articles, conference papers, research reports on a range of research topics. Her researches have been published in internationally indexed journals such as Expert Systems with Applications, Production Planning and Control, Healthcare Management Science, Measuring Business Excellence, Knowledge Management Research and Practice and many others.
