Robert J. Sternberg is Professor of Human Development at Cornell University, New York, and is the author or editor of numerous books on love. He has also won the Grawemeyer Award in Psychology and the Cattell and James Awards of the Association for Psychological Science.

Karin Sternberg is a Research Associate and teaches in the Department of Human Development at Cornell University, New York. She is the author of Psychology of Love 101 (2013) and co-author of The Nature of Hate (Cambridge, 2008).
