Gary is a former secondary school Physical Education teacher, and is the Co-founder and Deputy Director of the University of Brighton’s pioneering ‘Football 4 Peace’ international project.

Sid Hayes is Principal Lecturer in Physical Education, and Assistant Head of the School of Sport and Service Management at the University of Brighton, UK. Sid is a former secondary school Head of Physical Education, with expertise in areas including games teaching, mentoring, teacher training, and SEN.
