Über Autor(innen)

Clare Stone is a registered social worker and worked within statutory services before moving into academia at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan). She led the development of the Social Work Apprenticeship at UCLan, the first programme to deliver the social work degree apprenticeship.

Mary Shannon has a substantial background in social work and social care, as a practitioner and manager in both the children and adults sector. Currently Head of the Social Work and Social Welfare department ay Staffordshire University, she also oversees a regional social work apprentice qualifying programme.
