Über Autor(innen)

Joan van Emden was Director of the Jove Centre, a consultancy specializing in technical writing and presentations. She was also a visiting lecturer at the University of Reading, UK and has written a number of books on communication issues. Joan maintains her interest by writing and editing regularly. Lucinda Becker is Professor of Pedagogy in English Literature at the University of Reading, UK. She is also a professional trainer and the author of The Mature Student’s Handbook and 14 Days to Exam Success and Presentation Skills for Students (with Joan van Emden).
