The book focuses on the novel and unexplored research area of intersection between science, technology, and innovation; and international affairs. The main objective of this book is to offer an original theoretical, analytical, and methodological framework that provides a wide comprehensive map of the current reality of science, tech, and innovation in the world system at the beginning of the twenty-first century. Francisco Del Canto Viterale is currently Assistant Professor in the Department of Space Studies in the School of Aerospace Sciences at the University of North Dakota (USA) and Director of the MA Program in Science, Technology and Global Affairs at the University of Salamanca (Spain). His core areas of knowledge are in global and international studies, with a specialization in science, technology, and innovation.
