Über Autor(innen)

John Wilson is Head of the Centre for Public Service Managment, Liverpool Business School. He is a qualified member of and academic adviser to the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) with an academic background in politics and economics. His main research interests concern the management and economics of public service provision.
