Prem Lal Joshi has been a distinguished accounting professor and scholar. He has served as a Professor of Accounting at MMU, Malaysia and University of Bahrain for more than two decades. A Senior Fellow of ICSSR, India, he was also an Associate Professor at NITIE, Mumbai. He has published more than 125 research papers in accredited International and regional journals. He has received a dozen awards for his outstanding contributions to accounting research and education.

Tariq H. Ismail is a Professor of Accounting at Cairo University, as well as the Dean of Business School, the International Academy of Engineering and Media Science, Egypt. He has published numerous articles in highly ranked journals and has many books which have worldwide audiences. He had many research grants and excellence awards for the contributions he made in his field.
