She graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, a minor in Sports Studies, and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Supply Chain. Olivia holds certifications in the following: Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional, Project Management Certified Associate in Project Management, Association for Supply Chain Management Certified in Planning and Inventory Management, Green Belt Six Sigma, Tableau Analyst badge, and Advanced Google Analytics badge. Olivia has worked in the fields of professional sports, health care, supply chain, finance, and education. Olivia wrote this textbook as her debut because she wanted to help everyone succeed in all aspects of their career within any field they wanted to pursue. When not working, her interests include volunteering, participating in multiple organizations, spending time with family and friends, traveling, playing golf, and swimming.
