He is coauthor of the textbook WorkflowManagement: Models, Methods, and Systems, and editor of severalother books in the areas of business process management and Petrinets.
ARTHUR H. M. ter HOFSTEDE, PhD, is Associate Professor atQueensland University of Technology.
