Professor A.T.H. Smith, is Pro Vice Chancellor and Dean, Faculty of Law at Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand. He is a barrister and Honorary Bencher of the Middle Temple and an experienced author, having written numerous articles and books on related areas. He is a previous member of the Criminal Law Review.
