K. Patrick Fazioli is an Assistant Professor in the School of Liberal Arts at Mercy College and a Research Associate in the Department of Anthropology at the University at Buffalo. He is the author of Technology, Identity, and Time: Studies in the Archaeology and Historical Anthropology of the Eastern Alpine from Late Antiquity to the Early Middle Ages (2013).
