Allan Tasman
Professor and Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry andBehavioral Sciences at the University of Louisville School ofMedicine, Kentucky, USA. Professor Tasman is Past President of theAmerican Psychiatric Association and President of the Pacific RimCollege of Psychiatrists. He is a world-renowned psychiatric leaderand educator and is Secretary for Education of the WorldPsychiatric Association, responsible for all of theassociation's worldwide education programmes andinitiatives.
