ROBERT FISCHER has designed computer programs for commoditytrading for banks and companies. Since 1990 he has managedcommodity funds as a CTA with computer programs that generatetrading signals based strictly on pattern recognition. He isPresident of Fischer Finance Consulting AG, Switzerland, and authorof Fibonacci Applications and Strategies for Traders and The NewFibonacci Trader, both published by Wiley.
Dr. JENS FISCHER studied applied mathematics at WuppertalUniversity, Germany, and specialized in macroeconomics andinternational trade with a master's degree in economics atCologne University. He also conducted research on Russian foreignpolicy in Moscow and Nizhni Novgorod, Russia, as well as in Jenaand Gießen, Germany, to receive a doctor's degree insocial sciences. He currently works as an Adjunct Professor forInternational Relations at Dortmund University, Germany, andadvises Fischer Asset Management Ltd., Bermuda, in matters ofcomputer simulation and system design.
