Dr Matthew Hanasono is a Professor and Reconstructive Microsurgery Fellowship Program Director in the Department of Plastic Surgery at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston. Dr. Hanasono's research interests include improving outcomes in reconstructive surgery for patients with cancers of the head and neck, breast and extremities. Dr. Hanasono has lectured nationally and internationally on a broad range of topics related to plastic and reconstructive surgery and has published more than 80 articles and 30 book chapters. In 2014, he was awarded the American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery Godina Traveling Fellowship.

Dr Charles Butler is Chairman, Department of Plastic Surgery at the The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston. He has written two books and numerous book chapters and articles.
