Eleni Meletiadou is a Course Leader/Senior Lecturer at London Metropolitan University Guildhall School of Business and Law and an EDI Consultant. She is an enthusiastic Educational assessment, EDI, leadership, HRM, peer learning/mentoring, and writing scholar with a doctorate degree in Applied Linguistics (Education), an MA in Applied Linguistics (Education), an MSc in International Human Resource Management and Employment Relations (with CIPD Level 7 accreditation) and an MEd in TESOL. She is also an award-winning instructional strategist, researcher, and adviser with 20+ years of experience in designing and successfully implementing high-quality, learner-focused educational and training programs (including interactive online content for distance learning) in further and higher education. She has shared best practice by writing reports and papers and presenting to international audiences in terms of various projects and seminars. She has worked as a consultant and a member of various Educational Institutions' Senior Leadership Teams in Greece, Cyprus, and the UK, often on a voluntary basis, helping them develop their instructional, educational and career strategies. Through this work, she helped develop strategic planning to support faculty initiatives and dialogues around recognition and redressing of racism and bias across campus.
