Chrissanthis, Christos
Christos Chrissanthis is an Assistant Professor of Commercial Law with the University of Athens, Faculty of Law, and a fully practising attorney-at-law at Athens, Greece. He holds a first degree in Law with honours from the University of Athens (1991), an LLM from the University of London (1992), and a PhD in Law with honours from the University of Athens (1996). His professional practice and academic interests emphasize in the fields of intellectual property, companies' acquisitions, and insurance law. He has also studied accounting, marketing, and negotiation strategies. He is a member of INTA, MARQUES, and AIDA.

Kallinikou, Dionysia
Dionysia Kallinikou is an Emeritus Professor of Civil and Copyright Law of the Faculty of Law-University of Athens. She holds a first degree in Law from the University of Athens, an LLM in Droit des Affaires from the University of Paris II, and a PhD in Doctorat d' Etat en Droit from the University of Paris V (1981). Her professional practice and academic interests emphasize in the field of copyright and family law. She is President of the Greek Group of ALAI and Project Leader of EU Twinning Projects in the field of intellectual property law and civil enforcement.

Athanassiou, Lia I.
Lia I. Athanassiou is a Professor of Commercial Law at the Law Faculty of the University of Athens and a barristerat- law entitled to plead before the Supreme Court. She holds a Master of Laws from the University of Athens, two LLM degrees, in Commercial Law from the University Aix- Marseille III) and in General Private Law from the University of Paris II-Panthéon-Assas, and a PhD from the University of Paris I-Panthèon-Sorbonne, as well as authorization by the University of Paris I-Sorbonne to supervise University research. She is also a visiting scholar – Harvard Law School (2007–2008), Fulbright Scholar (2007–2008); member of the Hellenic Competition Commission (2003–2008); and has served as member of Legislative Committees on various commercial law issues. She has published extensively on matters of Commercial, Competition, Company, European, and Shipping law. Furthermore, she has consistently participated and served as a member of the organizing committee in numerous international and national Conferences and Congresses.
