The 107 respondents, together employing more than 120,000 people, provided in-depth information about how they manage maternity and paternity leave and the extent to which they improve on statutory pay provisions during such absences. - Details of eligibility requirements for enhanced provisions
- Analysis of repayment conditions attached to enhanced maternity pay
- An overview of how certain benefits are treated during additional maternity leave and how employers manage keeping in touch days
