Yang Chuang, graduated from Department of Russian in Peking University. In 1981, he obtained Master degree of law from department of international politics of Peking University. He also engaged in advanced studies in the department of international relation of University of Guelph, Russia. He is now professor and doctoral supervisor in China Foreign Affairs University who is subsidized from special government allowance. His research fields include history of international relations, theory of international relations, diplomacy of Soviet Russia, contemporary international politics and science of diplomacy. Representative Works: A Century of China-Russia Relations, Science of Diplomacy, Encyclopedia of International Politics, Dictionary of Modern International Politics History, etc.
