Über Autor(innen)

Jo Reddy is a Barrister and Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Hong Kong, and has been lecturing to students in the UK and overseas in contract and commercial laws since 1985.

Rick Canavan is Principal Lecturer in Law at Nottingham Trent University and has been teaching and researching in the field of commercial law for ten years.
