A Naval Academy graduate, RADM Robert Wray, USN (Ret.), served as a nuclear engineer on surface ships. After transferring to the reserves, he enjoyed a multi-faceted career in construction, hospitality, and technology. After promotion to admiral, he returned to active duty for six years, eventually serving as President of the Board of Inspection and Survey (INSURV). He is now CEO of a tech company in Maryland.
RDML Theodore P. LeClair, USN, a Surface Warfare Officer, initially served as First Lieutenant and Repair Division Officer aboard USS Callaghan (DDG 994). He has operational experience in the Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian Oceans, as well as the Mediterranean Sea and Arabian Gulf including deployments in support of Operations Northern and Southern Watch, and Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. He has command experience at the O-4, O-5, and O-6 level. He currently serves as Deputy Commander, U.S. SEVENTH Fleet.
Dr. Andrew K. Ledford, graduated the Naval Academy in 1995 spending his first several years as a Marine Infantry Officer. He later transferred to the Navy, leading operational units in multiple regions. In 2013 he was selected for to be a Permanent Military Professor and received his PhD from Princeton University.
VADM John B. Mustin USN, is a Surface Warfare Officer with afloat service on Aegis cruisers and destroyers, and command experience at the O-4, O-5, O-6 and Strike Group level. As Commander, Expeditionary Strike Group TWO, he led 14 ships, 10 ashore commands, and 25,000 Sailors and Marines. He currently serves as Chief of Navy Reserve and Commander, Navy Reserve Force, leading 60,000 sailors.
