Ashley Esarey received his PhD in Political Science from Columbia University and held the An Wang Postdoctoral Fellowship at Harvard’s Fairbank Center for Chinese Studies. At the University of Alberta, Canada he teaches in the Political Science and East Asian Studies departments. His publications concern political communication in People’s Republic of China.
