Über Autor(innen)

Kristen Wilson is Associate Head of Acquisitions and Discovery at the North Carolina State University Libraries. She manages the department's serials unit and serves as principal investigator for the Global Open Knowledgebase (GOKb) project. Her areas of professional interest include knowledge bases, electronic resources management, and workflow mapping and analysis.
